Landa is seeking a Senior Digital Front End (DFE) Project Manager to lead the development and delivery of DFE solutions for our Nanographic presses. You will be the bridge between R&D software engineering customer-facing teams and external DFE partners ensuring that our digital front-end systems meet the highest standards of color quality performance and reliability.
This is a technically hands-on leadership role requiring deep familiarity with print workflows color management and DFE ecosystems.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end project lifecycle for DFE features and integrations- from requirements gathering through release and field deployment
- Define and drive the DFE product roadmap in collaboration with R&D product management and key customers
- Manage cross-functional teams including software engineers color scientists and QA ensuring on-time and on-spec delivery
- Serve as the primary technical liaison with DFE partners and coordinate joint development and certification processes
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex DFE-related field issues
- Define and enforce color management standards ICC profiling workflows and print quality benchmarks
- Translate customer and market requirements into well-defined technical specifications
- Monitor project risks dependencies and timelines; communicate status clearly to senior leadership
Requirements:
- 6 years of experience in project or product management within the digital printing industry
- Deep knowledge of Digital Front End systems- architecture RIP pipelines job ticketing (JDF/JMF) color management and print workflow automation
- Hands-on experience with color science: ICC profiles GCR/UCR proofing and press calibration
- Familiarity with Fiery DFE or equivalent platforms
- Strong technical background- ability to read and contribute to functional specs collaborate closely with software engineers and dig into field issues
- Proven track record managing complex multi-stakeholder projects in a hardware/software environment
- Excellent communication skills able to translate between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Experience working with global teams and external technology partners
