- Review and analyze tender documents (RFPs RFQs ITTs) to understand project scope specifications and client requirements.
- Evaluate risks and support bid/no-bid decisions based on technical and commercial feasibility
- Prepare detailed cost estimates & BOQ.
- Prepare technical submissions aligned with client specs.
- Develop the technical packages for the RFQ’s and Tender.
- Ensure all technical submissions comply with client specifications and industry standards
- Review contract terms to identify risks deviations and key obligations
- Coordinate with internal teams such as engineering procurement and finance for necessary inputs
- Communicate with clients to clarify technical and commercial queries during the tender stage
- Compile and submit complete bid packages in line with requirements and deadlines
- Participate in post-bid clarifications negotiations and proposal revisions if required
- Support project handover to execution teams upon award of contract
- Maintain proper records of submitted tenders and track outcomes for future reference
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to improve bidding strategies.
