Whats on your Plate
- Reporting to management and stakeholders and providing advice how the company and future business decisions might be impacted
- Developing strategies that work to minimise financial risk
- Management of working capital including Cash Accounts Receivable Accounts Payable Inventory turnover to ensure the improvement of the key KPIs.
- Ensure effective implementation and enforcement of the approved budget; monitor and report on budget variance and identify key issues and potential corrective action.
- Ensure timely preparation and communication of periodic financial reports to Group Corporate Finance based on the guidelines defined.
- Head of Accounting for the business unit with direct reportees fully responsible for ensuring all financial reports and datelines are complied with Responsible to liaise with auditors to ensure yearly audits are satisfactorily completed and ensure we are strictly following Accounting rules
- Supervise and report the financial transactions of the business
- Manage the cash flow forecast and spearhead cash related decisions
- Manage relationship with different external stakeholders including the banks
- Ensure compliance and adherence to all taxation and regulatory law
Qualifications :
- Must have a minimum 5 years and above of similar experience
- Must be qualified (ACA ACCA or CIMA)
- Previous experience in F&B industry is a plus
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office Suite and HFM
- Strategic thinker decision maker and strong stakeholder management skills.
