We are seeking a highly skilled and detailoriented Site Engineer to join our team in Qena Egypt. As a Site Engineer you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects ensuring they are completed efficiently on time and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion
- Develop and review project plans specifications and cost estimates
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and local regulations
- Collaborate with contractors subcontractors and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues
- Monitor project progress and prepare detailed status reports
- Implement quality control measures and safety protocols on construction sites
- Liaise with local authorities for necessary permits and approvals
- Analyse and interpret technical data to make informed decisions
- Optimise project efficiency through effective resource allocation and scheduling
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations onsite
- Manage project budgets and control costs
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in construction
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years experience in construction projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D software
- Strong project management skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Indepth knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Egypt
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detailoriented approach with a focus on efficiency and organisation
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment
- Willingness to work onsite and travel as needed within the Qena area
- Comprehensive understanding of construction materials and methods
- Experience with cost estimation and budgeting
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the construction industry
- Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken)
