About the role

We are looking for a QA Lead to own and drive our QA strategy ensure product quality across releases and mentor the team while improving testing processes in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

• Own QA strategy standards and release quality across the platform
• Lead and mentor a small QA team raising the bar on quality
• Drive automation and improve testing efficiency and coverage
• Partner with Engineering Product and Support to catch issues early
• Act as a quality gate for releases in a fast-paced CI/CD environment
• Dive into bugs reproduce issues and ensure strong resolution loops
  

Qualifications

• 5 years in QA including 12 years in a lead or senior role
• Advanced English (C1) required for client communication and cross-team collaboration
• Strong experience testing SaaS products (APIs workflows edge cases)
• Hands-on with automation tools (Cypress Selenium etc.)
• Comfortable in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities
• Strong ownership mindset

Nice to have

• Experience with billing subscriptions or payment systems
• Experience working with support tools like Zendesk
• Experience scaling QA in growing teams
