Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Representative to join our team and drive client acquisition in the U.S. market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT offshoring or staff augmentation sales excellent communication skills and a proven track record of closing deals with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage with potential clients in the United States including tech startups midsized companies and enterprises.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through LinkedIn cold outreach and networking events.
Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand client needs and propose tailored IT staffing solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and client satisfaction.
Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and emerging opportunities in the U.S. market.
Requirements:
5 years of experience in B2B sales preferably in IT offshoring staff augmentation or IT services targeting the U.S. market.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Experience using CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce) to manage sales pipelines.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fastpaced startup environment.
