ملخص الوظيفة
- Conduct site visit and gather all required information from the end user.
- Preparing the elaborated BOQ based on site visit and requirements.
- Collecting quotations from subcontractors/suppliers in co-ordination with procurement engineer.
- Gathering technical data sheet for all required materials.
- Preparing estimation/cost sheet
- Preparing quotation and submit to sales team/client
- Follow up with customer/technical discussions/meeting with customer
- Preparation of work schedule and drawings.
- Preparing method statement and risk assessment for client approval.
- Arranging material submittal for client s approval
- Arranging procurement/delivery of material
- Deployment of subcontractors
- Coordination with HSE Officer/team
- Supervision/monitoring of the work progress
- QA/QC Works / formats
- Ensuring timely completion of the work as per schedule.
- Prepare project completion reports along with photographs before and after the works.
- BE or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- FM Experience (5 years in the Middle East).
- MMUP Grade C (preferred /added advantage)
- Knowledge about QCS-2014 (advantage )
- Light Driving License is mandatory (Qatar Driving License)
