Our Group is seeking a highly experienced and motivated General Manager to lead our construction division in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to oversee a diverse portfolio of projects and contribute to the continued success of a leading company in the region. The General Manager will be responsible for the overall strategic direction operational management and financial performance of the construction division. This role demands a strong leader with a proven track record in the construction industry excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality projects.
Responsibilities
* Oversee all aspects of the construction divisions operations including project planning execution and delivery.
* Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth within the construction division.
* Manage budgets monitor project costs and ensure financial performance aligns with company targets.
* Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients contractors and other stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations safety standards and quality control procedures.
* Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
* Report on project progress financial performance and key metrics to senior management.
* Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure the construction division remains competitive and innovative.
Qualifications
* Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field.
* Extensive experience in the construction industry with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
* Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
* Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
* In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies building codes and safety regulations.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools.
* Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East region is highly desirable.
