Role Overview
As a Sales Manager for the English market you will be responsible for driving revenue growth managing and developing a team of sales agents and ensuring the consistent execution of high-performance sales strategies across inbound and outbound channels. This role requires a strong balance between leadership data-driven decision-making and hands-on coaching.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage coach and develop a team of sales agents (inbound outbound or hybrid)
- Drive daily weekly and monthly performance aligned with revenue targets
- Monitor KPIs such as conversion rate average order value productivity and quality scores
- Ensure clear accountability and performance follow-up for each agent
- Implement and optimize sales processes across the English market
- Align team activity with company priorities (Acquisition vs Retention)
- Identify performance gaps and execute corrective action plans
- Collaborate with Training (L&D) and Compliance to improve sales quality
- Analyze sales data to identify trends risks and opportunities
- Provide regular performance reports to senior management
- Deliver structured coaching sessions and call feedback
- Support onboarding and continuous development of agents
- Ensure adherence to compliance and quality standards
- Manage call distribution and lead allocation effectively
Requirements
- Proven experience as a sales Manager or Team Leader in a call-center or international sales environment
- At least C1 English Level
- Valid Passport
- Strong experience managing English-speaking teams
- Solid understanding of sales KPIs and performance management
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Hands-on leadership style with strong coaching capabilities
- Experience in tech support cybersecurity or subscription-based services is a plus
