As Healthcare vertical leader-Africa you will combine deep understanding of healthcare facility operations with the commercial acumen to navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles drive specification-led demand and build a durable partner ecosystem.



Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own and grow the Africa healthcare pipeline to 4 AOP coverage across all GBEs BMS Fire & Gas Security HVAC Controls and OT Cybersecurity.
  • Identify qualify and advance new opportunities in private hospital groups government health networks and large infrastructure projects (Greenfield and brownfield).
  • Build and maintain Strategic Account Maps (SAMs) capturing whitespace competitive position stakeholder maps and multi-year revenue opportunity.
  • Co-develop joint GTM plans with strategic SI partners for key accounts and tenders.
  • Develop country-level go-to-market plans for Egypt Morocco Algeria and next-horizon markets including Nigeria and Kenya.
  • Lead outreach and relationship development with FM directors project directors procurement heads and clinical leadership.
  • Lead customer-facing solution presentations workshops and executive briefings translating technical capability into clinical and operational outcomes.
  • Drive specification inclusion in tenders master facility plans and consultancy documents ahead of formal procurement


Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science technology engineering mathematics.
  • Proven experience in a technical sales or solution consulting role specifically into the Healthcare Vertical.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • French English & Arabic speaking
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
  • 5 years of experience with Sales or Technical delivery in the Building Controls field
  • Strong knowledge in the Healthcare Vertical concept and elements
  • Designs and implements technical solutions for various aspects of a Healthcare Vertical such as transportation energy and waste management.
  • Provides expert advice on Healthcare Vertical strategies policies and best practices.

WE VALUE

  • Advanced Engineering degree (e.g. Masters) in a relevant field
  • Experience in the META region and understanding of the local market
  • Experience within large matrixed organizations with proven track record of innovation delivery and results.
  • Knowledge of Honeywell Building Automation products and solutions
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate findings and strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
