We are looking for a Business Development who is motivated to drive revenue growth expand our client base and build long-term strategic partnerships by delivering tailored HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify develop and pursue new B2B business opportunities for HR services including recruitment outsourcing payroll and HR consulting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR managers business leaders and key decision-makers.
- Manage the full sales and business development cycle from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
- Conduct consultative client meetings to understand organizational needs and propose customized HR solutions.
- Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to grow existing accounts and acquire new clients.
- Maintain and expand existing client relationships through regular follow-ups performance reviews and upselling opportunities.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new trends gaps and growth opportunities in HR services.
- Prepare and deliver professional proposals presentations and commercial offers.
- Represent the company at business events networking activities and HR industry exhibitions.
- Collaborate closely with recruitment HR and operations teams to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business development KPIs.
Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Human resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development.
- Experience with HR or Recruitment Agencies is a Must.
- Background in HR Business Services or related fields.
- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to understand client needs and provide strategic tailored solutions.
- Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills.
