- Supervise daily store operations and ensure service quality.
- Manage staff schedules attendance and performance.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Ensure adherence to operational standards and procedures.
- Support inventory management and stock control.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Japanese cuisine experience is required.
- Strong supervisory and team management skills.
- Previous GCC experience is preferred.
- Very good English level is required.
- Bachelors degree is not mandatory.
