Key Responsibilities
- Assist in keyword research using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Support on-page and off-page SEO optimization efforts
- Help create and optimize blog posts landing pages and website content
- Monitor website performance and generate reports on traffic and rankings
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research
- Assist in social media marketing campaigns and content scheduling
- Support email marketing campaigns and performance tracking
- Stay up to date with SEO trends and digital marketing best practices
Requirements
- Recently completed a degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing concepts.
- Familiarity with tools like SEMrush Ahrefs or similar is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Experience with content management systems (e.g. WordPress)
- Understanding of social media platforms and digital advertising

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in human resources and leadership with a proven ability to lead teams and deliver exceptional client results. Develop and execute the overall strategic plan for the HR consultancy and outsourcing division to ensure alignment with the companys goals and objectives. Lead and mentor a team of senior managers and directors fostering a culture of excellence collaboration and continuous improvement. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients understanding their business challenges and providing strategic HR guidance. Monitor industry trends and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and expansion of services. Ensure the highest standards of service delivery and client satisfaction by implementing effective quality control and performance management systems. Collaborate with other executive leaders to drive organizational change and ensure seamless integration of HR services across the company. Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events to enhance its reputation and build new business relationships. Prepare and manage budgets forecasts and financial reports for the HR consultancy and outsourcing division. Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws regulations and company policies.
Required Education:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field; a Masters degree or relevant professional certification is of 10-15 years of experience in human resources with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a consultancy or outsourcing success in developing and executing strategic plans and leading high-performing -depth knowledge of HR best practices labour law and industry business
