Were hiring a performance-driven marketer to acquire and grow our lender base while increasing funding activity on Lenme through data-driven campaigns and lifecycle marketing.
Responsibilities
- Launch and optimize paid campaigns (Meta Google TikTok etc.)
- Acquire new lenders and improve CAC efficiency
- Increase lender engagement and funding volume
- Own email marketing & CRM communications for lenders
- Develop and test promotions offers and incentives
- Analyze funnel performance and optimize conversion rates
- Collaborate with product and growth teams
Requirements
- 24 years in Performance/Growth Marketing
- Strong experience in paid ads campaign optimization
- Experience with email marketing tools
- Analytical mindset with strong understanding of funnels
- Experience in fin-tech lending or marketplaces preferred

- Strong copywriting skills for ads and emails
- Experience with referral programs or incentive campaigns
