Our client is looking for Group Account Director to lead and structure the operational engine of the in house agency ensuring seamless execution across all functions including creative content media and production. The role focuses on building processes enforcing accountability and translating internal marketing direction into efficient high quality delivery.
This role does not own client relationship management. Instead it partners with internal marketing stakeholders and ensures their requirements are executed with clarity and discipline.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Process Ownership
Design and implement end to end workflows from briefing to delivery
Standardize processes across all functions including creative content media and production
Build clear systems for task management approvals and timelines
Eliminate inefficiencies and reduce dependency on individuals
Ensure full visibility on project status across all work streams
Delivery Management
Own execution across all campaigns content calendars and marketing initiatives
Ensure all deliverables meet timelines quality standards and business objectives
Act as the central point of coordination between functions
Identify risks and bottlenecks early and resolve them proactively
Internal Stakeholder Alignment
Work closely with SIADs internal marketing team to translate briefs into actionable plans
Ensure clarity of scope timelines and deliverables before execution begins
Maintain structured communication and reporting to stakeholders
Manage expectations through clear delivery frameworks
Cross Functional Leadership
Oversee collaboration between:
Creative
Content
Social & Digital
Media
Production
Ensure all teams are aligned on priorities and timelines
Build a culture of accountability and ownership across functions
Structure & Ways of Working
Define roles and responsibilities across the agency team
Build and document ways of working across departments
Establish governance models for approvals and decision making
Support in building scalable team structure as the agency grows
Media & Budget Awareness (Non P&L)
Work with media and digital teams to understand campaign budgets and allocations
Ensure alignment between media plans and campaign execution
Track delivery against planned budgets (timing phasing outputs)
Flag inefficiencies or misalignment in budget utilization
Key KPIs
On time delivery across all projects and campaigns
Reduction in operational bottlenecks and delays
Clarity and adherence to processes across teams
Internal stakeholder satisfaction
Efficiency in campaign execution relative to timelines and budgets
Ensure that jobs and tasks are delivered as per the agreed deadlines
Build the agency structure and recruit team members under marketing directors supervision
Requirements
Experience
8 to 12 years in agency or in house marketing environment
Strong experience in operations project management or delivery leadership
Experience managing integrated campaigns across multiple functions
Exposure to digital marketing and media planning
