Al Marwan Group, established in 1978, is a renowned company with a diversified portfolio in Real Estate Development & Management, Hospitality, General Contracting, and Heavy Machinery trading. We provide innovative solutions for the construction, Mining, Oil, and Gas industries. We are currently seeking a diligent Watchman Building to join our team in Damascus, Syria.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform preventative maintenance on lighting, electrical panels, motors, pumps, and plumbing systems.

- Diagnose and repair malfunctions in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components promptly.

- Conduct reactive maintenance of Electrical & Plumbing Systems, including installing and repairing electrical wiring, distribution boards, lighting, and equipment.

- Inspect and fix water supply lines, drainage pipes, pumps, and sewage systems.

- Ensure all installations and repairs comply with Health and Safety (HSE) standards and local building regulations.

- Respond to emergency service requests and provide after-hours support.

Requirements & Skills:

- Nationality: No restrictions.

- Education: Intermediate level or ITI.

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of residential Watchman experience.

- Good communication skills in English.

- Technical knowledge in Electrical, Plumbing & AC.

- Must be young, physically fit, and flexible to work during emergencies.

- Age should be below 40.
