SAP Onboarding & Recruitment Consultant Job Requirements:
- 1-2 Full cycle Onboarding and recruitment implementation
- Valid SAP onboarding and recruitment certificates
- EC hands on experience
- Arabic speaking mandatory
- Onsite resource 12 Month extendable
- Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors (RCM RMK & ONB 2.0 preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced transformation programs
- Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors specifically in Recruiting (RCM) and Onboarding (ONB 1.0 / 2.0) modules
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations and support projects
- Ability to configure recruitment processes job requisitions candidate pipelines and onboarding workflows
- Experience in managing candidate lifecycle from job posting to onboarding
- Strong understanding of HR recruitment and onboarding business processes
