Role Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth execution of business activities.

• Prepare regular reports dashboards and feedback to help track KPIs and performance.

• Identifyand escalate process-related issues following up to ensuretimelyresolution.

• Collect market and consumer insights to inform marketing and network development initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help achieve regional goals.

• Participate in training and shadowing opportunities to develop core sales and business development skills.

Role Requirements

• Interestin building a career in sales and business development.

• Strong organizational skills attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office (Excel;PowerBI Salesforce or SharePoint are a plus).

• Fluency in Englishand Arabic.

• Previousexperience in customer service or sales support is helpful but not.
