KalSoft is seeking a skilled ERP Developer with 5 years of experience and expertise in HR and payroll modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in system configuration payroll setup ERP customization and a strong understanding of HR business processes.
Key Responsibilities
Foundational Knowledge
- Strong understanding of core HR business processes including Payroll Benefits and Absence Management.
- Knowledge of organizational work structures such as Jobs Positions Grades and Hierarchies.
Technical & System Configuration
- Configure and manage payroll elements costing retro pay and balances.
- Develop write and troubleshoot Fast Formulas.
- Perform system customization including defining new SSHR functions costing levels and organizational hierarchies.
Performance & Learning Management
- Configure Performance Management Plans (PMPs) templates eligibility profiles objectives appraisals competencies and rating scales.
- Manage Learning Management (OLM) components including courses offerings classes and bulk enrollments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience working as an ERP Developer preferably with HR and payroll modules.
- Hands-on experience with payroll configuration and Fast Formulas.
- Strong knowledge of HR organizational structures and ERP system customization.
- Experience with Performance Management and Oracle Learning Management (OLM) is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
