Job Title: Industrial Vocational Training (TT1)

Reports to: Senior Instructor

Job Purpose:

Deliver course contents within curriculum(theory & practical) in an effective way with a student - centered focus manage learning environment and ensure that training area resources are suitable and adequate to fulfil training and assessment.

Duties:

1. Prepare lesson plans and pacing schedules plan and deliver both
classroom and workshop training - employ appropriate teaching. Strategies that effectively engage student and achieve desired out comes adapt teaching styles to accommodate different student learning styles-meet organization
2. Awarding bodies training and assessment needs -ensure availability /
suitability of training resources (equipments tools and consumables
training aids) continuously enhance technical instructional delivery and
presentation skills -Produce
3. Maintain training records to the required standards in timely manner -
continuously assess trainees performance and use results to improve
teaching effectiveness ensure the quality and consistency of course
content throughout the program.
4. Stay up-to-date on technical knowledge review and improve course
contents Follow organization standards and legal regulations to ensure
safe and healthy training environment

Job Specification:

- 3 years training experience
- 5 years industrial experience within the oil & gas industry
- Excellent English language ability
- Desirable: Competence based assessment experience (e.g. NVQ)
- Desirable: A1 or V1 / D32 or D33
- Desirable: Middle East experience
