Responsibilities

• Lead process engineering strategy design and optimization for upstream and midstream oil facilities.
• Oversee development and approval of process deliverables (PFDs P&IDs simulations calculations).
• Ensure compliance with industry codes standards and client specifications.
• Provide technical authority on process design safety and operational performance.
• Support project execution across FEED detailed engineering construction and commissioning.
• Drive process optimization debottlenecking and efficiency improvements.
• Interface with operations HSE and multidisciplinary teams to resolve complex issues.
• Mentor process engineers and maintain technical excellence within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Chemical or Process Engineering (Masters preferred).
• Extensive experience in upstream and midstream oil and gas projects.
• Strong expertise in process simulation design standards and hydrocarbon processing systems.
• Proven leadership and technical authority in large-scale projects.
• Excellent problem-solving communication and stakeholder management skills.
