Roles and Responsibilities:

• Project Integration and Governance:Oversee overall project planning governance and execution to ensure successful project delivery.
• Scope Management:Manage project scope and requirements to ensure alignment with customer and business expectations.
• Schedule and Time Management:Monitor project schedules and key milestones to support timely completion.
• Cost Margin and Financial Management:Manage project budgets and financial performance to achieve cost and profitability targets.
• Procurement Supplier and Delivery Coordination:Coordinate procurement and supplier activities to ensure timely and effective project support.
• EHS and Quality Management:Ensure compliance with EHS and quality standards throughout project execution.
• Team Leadership and Resource Management:Lead project teams and allocate resources effectively to meet project objectives.
• Communication and Stakeholder Management:Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to support collaboration and customer satisfaction.
• Risk and Opportunity Management:Monitor project risks and opportunities and implement appropriate action plans.
• Contract Claims and Commercial Management:Manage contractual and commercial matters to support project success and protect business interests.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering.
• Minimum8 years of experiencein project management with direct responsibility for project scope timeline profitability and delivery performance.
• Proven experience managing132kV and 380kV substation projects.
• Demonstrated experience with major utility customers in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience delivering projects incustomer-facing and internally facing environments.
• Demonstrated ability to managemultidisciplinary teams multiple interfaces and projects with significant local content requirements.
• Proven track record of improving project margin and managing projects with significant financial technical and commercial risks.
• Strong technical understanding of electrical substation systems and project lifecycle requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and financial controls effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills inEnglish.
• Willingness to travel globally and work in different project locations for short- or medium-term assignments.

Desired Characteristics:

• Valid registration with theSaudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
• PMP certificationis required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability

• PMP B certification from Internal GEV PMO
• Excellent project planning prioritization scheduling and documentation skills.
