Position description:
The Research & Data Analyst supports the department in leveraging data-driven strategies to enhance the Center’s operational effectiveness. This position requires a strong foundation in data analysis with a focus on culture sector. This job will be responsible for conducting market and sector research developing analytical models and generating insights that guide strategic decision-making. The role emphasizes the importance of utilizing data and research to assess the supply and demand for cultural offerings (such as theater cinema library services and other cultural programs) identify competitive landscapes and measure the social and cultural impact of the Center’s initiatives. |
Duties and responsibilities:
• Supports the development implementation and monitoring of the Center’s operational plans and strategic initiatives using data-driven methodologies. • Conducts in-depth market and sector research through data analysis tools and techniques to evaluate trends demand and supply of cultural offerings including theater cinema library services and other cultural programs. • Applies data modeling and competitive analysis frameworks to identify and evaluate key competitors and industry benchmarks informing strategic positioning and program development. • Develops and refines performance indicators to measure program effectiveness impact and key performance metrics. • Generates actionable insights and prepares comprehensive analytical reports using visualization tools to support evidence-based decision-making across the department. • Assists in evaluating the social and cultural impact of the Center’s programs and initiatives by analyzing quantitative and qualitative data sets. • Collaborates with internal stakeholders to extract process and interpret data ensuring alignment with organizational goals and digital transformation strategies. • Designs and maintains interactive dashboards presentations and data summaries for management review and strategic discussion. |
Minimum requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in data management information technology business administration Research Economics Social Sciences or a related field. • Minimum of 3-year Experience in research data analysis and strategic planning preferably in a cultural sector environment. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights. • Familiarity with performance measurement tools and key performance indicator (KPI) development. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to diverse audiences. • Proficiency in using data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Excel PowerPoint or similar platforms). • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and manage multiple priorities effectively. |
