ملخص الوظيفة
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage detailed 3D civil infrastructure models using Autodesk Civil 3D.

Create and update LOD 400 and LOD 500 models for utility networks including wet utilities (water sewer stormwater) and dry utilities (electric telecom gas).

Coordinate models with architectural structural and MEP disciplines using Navisworks for clash detection and design validation.

Interpret and model based on civil engineering drawings survey data and topographic information.

Support the generation of construction documents plan profiles sections and detail sheets.

Maintain model quality control adhere to BIM standards and document modeling workflows.

Participate in BIM coordination meetings and collaborate closely with designers engineers and BIM leads.

Ensure data and model compliance with projectspecific and clientspecific BIM execution plans.
Key Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering Drafting or related field.

3 of handson experience with Autodesk Civil 3D.

Proficiency with Navisworks for model coordination and clash detection.

Proven experience in wet and dry utility modeling.

Strong knowledge and practical experience with LOD 400 and LOD 500 modeling standards.

Familiarity with BIM documentation standards (e.g. ISO 19650 PAS 1192 is a plus).

Ability to read and interpret engineering plans and specifications.

Detailoriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
