Following shift schedules and responding to urgent maintenance needs
Keeping records of maintenance work and reporting any major issues
Ensuring all machines are running safely and efficiently
Supporting installation and setup of new equipment when required
Working closely with supervisors and team members to keep operations on track
Keeping your tools and work area clean safe and organized
Requirements
A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
At least 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance or similar roles
Good understanding of machinery tools and repair techniques
Ability to read and understand technical manuals and drawings
A practical problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work in shift-based schedules
Required Skills:
Qualification: Bachelors/ Masters degree Experience: Freshers Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field Freshers with strong academic performance and a proactive attitude Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data management tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving priorities
