Head of Finance & Management Accounting
We Elevate... Your Responsibilities
- Perform collections and credits for major accounts
- Oversee the daily operations of the Collections department
- Manage a team of collections specialists and ensure that they are meeting their targets
- Analyze data and reports to identify areas of improvement in the collections process
- Develop and implement strategies to improve collections performance
- Ensure accurate invoicing
- Liaise with other departments to resolve customer disputes or inquiries
- Negotiate payment plans with customers.
- Assist in the daily banking requirements.
- Provide consistent and correct accounting standards.
- Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
- Ensure an accurate and timely monthly quarterly and year end close.
- Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.
- Reviewing and ensuring completeness of monthly reconciliations of the company management accounts.
- EnsurE that all transactions are timely and accurately inputted on system and procedures are followed.
- Lead the annual local statutory Audits
- Lead communication with tax consultants for tax inspections / submission of tax returns/ payments to tax authority in due dates.
- Work for improvement of internal control processes in line with the group requirements.

- Computer science at advanced level.
- Advanced English.
- Customer orientation.
- People orientation.
- Organization skills.
- Leadership skills.
Experience Required:
10 years experience in finance sector
