- Ensure compliance with Accor standards and local regulations.
- Ensure that KPIs goals are met
- Manage budgets financial reporting and cost controls.
- Foster a culture of teamwork training and professional development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests partners and owner
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a General Manager
- Strong financial skill and operational expertise.
- Exceptional leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to drive results while maintaining high service standards.
- Fluency in English French & Arabic. Multilingual skills are a plus.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
