Understand client requirements and prepare job descriptions accordingly.
Source candidates through job portals LinkedIn and internal databases.
Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure timely feedback and closure.
Maintain and update candidate records in ATS.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing requirements.
Ensure timely submission of quality profiles as per client expectations.
Support in bulk hiring and urgent requirements.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in HR Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment (Manpower/Agency experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (job portals LinkedIn databases referrals).
Experience in end-to-end recruitment cycle.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with ATS (Zoho Recruit preferred).
Available to join immediately
Arabic Language Proficiency preferred.
