Youll generate business opportunities consult with customers and collaborate with internal cross functional teams. With purpose of generating business opportunities for well construction youll collaborate across all the industry. Youll observe and interpret trends from sales and market intelligence to develop strategies for new business and targeted clients.

As a Sales Director youll play a vital role in leading business development planning processes for the market. You will be responsible for:
Formulating and executing proposal strategy and sales agreements.
Formulating deal structure pricing proposal development.
Assists in customer negotiations. Identifies new opportunities with functional partners to develop new products and services for business growth.

Utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve proposal process
Handling complex products and systems requiring technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products or systems will be used.
Coordinating sales teams involving engineering legal risk finance etc
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will
Have bachelors degree in a relevant field with 10 years of experience in the industry
Have minimum 10 years of experience in well construction (drilling services / drilling and completion fluids / drill bits)
Have sales and commercial experience
Understand strategy and marketing
Have Saudi experience (preferred)
