We are seeking a highly skilled Python Developer & Data Engineer to join our dynamic team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in developing AI solutions data engineering and process automation. The primary focus will be to understand our existing business operations and develop AI-driven agents to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand existing processes and identify automation opportunities.
Design develop and implement AI agents and automation solutions using relevant development platforms.
Manage and engineer large datasets ensuring data quality integrity and security.
Develop scalable data pipelines and workflows for data collection transformation and analysis.
Demonstrate previous experience with AI/ML models data integration and automation projects.
Continuously optimize and improve AI agents to adapt to evolving business needs.
Document technical specifications and provide ongoing support for deployed solutions.
Individual should have sound knowledge of software & hardware IT infrastructure
Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience in Python development and data engineering.
Proven experience in Python development data engineering and AI/ML integration.
Strong understanding of business process automation and AI agent development.
Hands-on experience with data pipeline tools databases and cloud platforms.
Demonstrated ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Data Science Engineering or a related field.
