ملخص الوظيفة
Education: Master or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferably Civil / Structural or Mechanical Engineer)
Preferred certificate/-s: PMP PMP-SP from PMI Certified Construction Delay Analyst (CCDA)
Specify work experience: 10 years proven experience in planning and scheduling coordination of projects within the oil & gas sector including Saudi Aramco experience.
1. In-depth understanding of scheduling concepts including critical path method (CPM) program evaluation and review technique (PERT) resource leveling and schedule optimization methods as well as schedule quality requirements
2. Expertise in using scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 MS Project
3. Fully Familiar of Planning and Scheduling requirements for the Oil and Gas Capital Project FEL/FEED Detailed Design Materials Procurement Construction Pre-commissioning
4. In-depth understanding of the engineering deliverables per each discipline and theirs interdependencies
5. Fully familiar with various construction crew productivities to estimate activities duration
6. Ability to analyze complex data identify potential issues and develop effective solutions / mitigations plans
7. Ability to optimize FEL/FEED and EPC schedules not scarifying Safety and Quality
8. Ability to assess schedule impact resulted from Scope Change
9. Effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders including project managers engineers and contractors
10. Capacity to manage multiple priorities meet deadlines and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment
11. Understanding of EVM principles and their application in project scheduling as well as ability to set KPIs including associated Targets
12. Power BI intermediate or advanced level
13. Not maintenance planner
