Job PurposeThe aim of the Receptionist role is to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers managing front desk operations efficiently and providing highquality customer service. The Receptionist is also responsible for answering phone inquiries directing callers appropriately managing appointments maintaining records and handling office supplies.
