Company Overview
Useepay is a premier cross-border payment service provider headquartered in Hong Kong. We specialize in providing one-stop payment solutions for cross-border merchants including global collection methods multi-currency accounts and foreign exchange services.
With a global presence in core markets such as Shanghai Shenzhen Riyadh the United Kingdom and France Useepay maintains long-term partnerships with international card schemes major banks and local payment institutions worldwide. As we continue to deepen our presence in the Saudi market we are seeking a Saudi National Project Manager to lead the implementation of local projects and drive strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for Saudi projects. Maintain professional consistent communication with the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) and local banks. Track regulatory feedback manage documentation submissions and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses.
Development: Drive the expansion and maintenance of local partnerships including local payment gateways digital wallets banks and other payment-related institutions.
Compliance: Stay updated on local regulatory requirements and assist the company in ensuring all operations strictly adhere to SAMA regulations.
Entity Management: Oversee the daily maintenance of the company s local Saudi entity. Handle local affairs related to compliance licensing and regulatory reporting to ensure seamless and compliant operations.
Qualifications
1. Saudi National (Mandatory).
2. Proficiency in English (written and verbal) as a primary working language.
3. Exceptional interpersonal and internal coordination skills. Must be rigorous punctual and demonstrate high professional integrity.
4. A background in Law is highly preferred.
5. Prior experience in banking payment institutions Fintech or regulatory/compliance roles is highly preferred.
6. Familiarity with the Saudi business environment and experience communicating with government or regulatory bodies is a significant plus.
