A reputable clinic in Sheikh Zayed City is seeking a Medical Director to provide clinical leadership across all departments. This senior role ensures the delivery of safe ethical and high-quality patient care while acting as the primary liaison between medical staff and executive management. The Medical Director will drive clinical excellence supervise physicians and lead initiatives in patient safety quality improvement and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise physicians department heads and clinical staff.
- Ensure adherence to patient safety standards medical ethics and best clinical practices.
- Chair medical committees (quality infection control patient safety).
- Oversee credentialing licensing and continuous professional development of medical staff.
- Monitor clinical KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with nursing operations and technical teams to ensure integrated patient care.
- Represent the medical staff in executive meetings and regulatory reviews.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBCh) from an Egyptian or recognized international university. Postgraduate specialization (Masters Fellowship or Egyptian Board certification) preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of clinical practice with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Registration: Valid license from the Egyptian Medical Syndicate and Ministry of Health.
- Preferred: Postgraduate diploma in Hospital/Healthcare Management or MBA in Healthcare.
- Skills: Strong leadership clinical knowledge patient safety expertise bilingual communication (Arabic & English).
