Tasks
- Lead and manage end-to-end construction execution across projects
- Drive fast-track project strategies to accelerate delivery timelines
- Develop and control project schedules with strict adherence to deadlines
- Implement innovative solutions to reduce construction time and costs
- Ensure all works meet high-quality standards and specifications
- Manage and coordinate contractors consultants and site teams
- Review drawings specifications and construction methodologies
- Identify and resolve technical and operational challenges on-site
- Optimize resource planning (labor materials equipment)
- Enforce HSE and regulatory compliance
- Monitor project performance risks and progress reporting
- Lead value engineering initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction management within contracting or real estate development companies
- Strong experience in fast-track / accelerated project delivery
- Solid technical knowledge in construction methods sequencing and execution planning
- Strong background in cost control budgeting and value engineering
- Ability to reduce project duration while maintaining or improving quality
- Strong leadership and site management skills
- Excellent coordination and problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders (contractors consultants suppliers)
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 10 years of experience preferred
