1BD0208 Business Development & Sales Manager

Giza Egypt (EG)

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development & Sales Managerwith over five years of experience in digital solutions IoT and Industry 4.0. Proven ability to identify and secure new business opportunities develop strategic sales plans and deliver measurable ROI across complex large-scale projects. Skilled in building strong client relationships leading proposal development and delivering impactful technical presentations. Adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams and enterprise clients across the MENA region to drive growth innovation and long-term success

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Ability to identify qualify and secure business opportunities develop targeted sales strategies and respond to RFPs.
  • Strong understanding of digital products user experience design AI IoT IIoT and Industry 4.0.
  • Collaborate with key customers to understand needs and provide solutions generating actionable insights.
  • Experience in sales planning forecasting and maintaining short- and long-term business plans.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Implement quarterly BD pipeline plans for local and international clients in the MENA region.
  • Proficient in CRM software with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to deliver complex technical presentations and manage programs to create demand and track market success.
  • Build and execute a territory plan prioritize accounts and support contract closures to meet targets.
  • Experience with enterprise clients and large-scale digital projects.
  • Strong industry network and experience leading proposal development and pitches.
  • Expertise in leading client discovery workshops to align project scope with company capabilities.


Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Businessrelatedfields.
  • 5 years in digital solutions or IoT business development.
  • Strong track record of delivering ROI on digital products and managing large projects.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to organize and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication persuasion and sales skills with proven sales results.
  • The role is based in Egypt covering local and international markets that might require business trips if needed.
