Responsibilities
Provide (offsite) service; customer access pre-sales post-sales and service delivery
Apply advanced job knowledge and company guidelines to complete complex tasks
Maintain strong technical understanding of core role functions
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues using sound judgment and expertise
Job requirements
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Relevant experience or equivalent education/experience mix
Experience with hardware installation and troubleshooting
Knowledge of servers storage and virtual machines
