JD Finance Controller
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end month-end close and reporting: close calendar cut-off accruals reconciliations and accuracy
- Maintain strong Financial Statement governance: reconciliations schedules provisions aging and true reporting including IFRS 9 and IFRS 16 P&L and Cash flow.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly/yearly budget/performance analysis with variance
- Develop and maintain finance policies and SOPs (revenue/billing procurement/expenses fixed assets/fleet treasury digitalization automation)
- Monitor and manage AR collections: review aging/DSO regularly maintain collection system manage overdue accounts and ensure timely cash availability.
- Lead audit readiness and coordinate auditors/advisors; maintain audit tracker issue log and follow-up
- Enhance control: billing discipline AR collections/DSO dispute management AP controls
- Mentor and supervise the finance team; coach them on new standards procedures and accountability across day-to-day activities
- Ensure tax and statutory compliance (VAT WHT Zakat and other authorities): ensure correct treatments in the books maintain reconciliations/supporting schedules coordinate filings and respond to ZATCA/authority queries
- Ad-Hoc projects tasks and responsibilities as directed.

- 610 years Finance or audit experience (qualified/certified accountant ACCA CMA SOCPA)
- Strong knowledge of IFRS internal controls and audit practices
- ERP experience and strong systems mindset
- Working knowledge of KSA VAT WHT and Zakat compliance / reporting requirements (ZATCA exposure is a plus)
- Logistics/transport experience is an advantage
