Join Cross Border Talents as a Freelance Recruitment Consultant and support international hiring projects across multiple this role you will identify suitable candidates understand role requirements and contribute to a smooth and professional hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Source screen and engage candidates through various channels
- Collaborate with the team lead to understand role requirements
- Create job advertisements and perform sourcing activities
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the process
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates

Requirements
- Headhunting skills or some outbound CX
- Good level of English (written and spoken)
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
