Job Title: Content Creator
Function: Commercial
Reports to: Marketing & PR Manager
Role Purpose: To plan create and oversee the production of on-brand content (visual and written) for all digital platforms. Which constitutes planning & managing the companys content calendars measuring their performance across the different digital platforms planning & managing content shoots and managing the companys marketing arms such as media production houses.
Location: Cairo Egypt
Description of the accountability:
- Implement the companys social media strategy and assist in developing it.
- Lead the content planning process through handling the creative ideation and material required. Including ideation scripting and production coordination.
- Plan develop and publish content that resonates with the target audience drives action fosters engagement and supports the companys strategic goals (e.g. videos reels stories blogs).
- Manage the social media content calendar ensuring a consistent brand voice across all platforms while adhering to each platforms audience and the overall brand guidelines.
- Manage and oversee the planning & production of large-scale high-budget Hero campaigns with the assistance of outsourced media production houses.
- Produce and edit small-scale video content using relevant tools (CapCut/Premiere).
- Identify opportunities to influence public perception and monitor social media trends to adapt content formats accordingly where appropriate and relevant.
- Cooperate with the growth specialist to achieve creative iteration based on data and improve the created content accordingly.
Education: Bachelors degree
Key Job Skills and Differentiating Competencies Required:
- Highly skilled in mobile videography and CapCut/Premiere
- Ability to conceptualize and produce original content for different platforms.
- Ability to understand the product and the customers needs
- Creativity and copywriting skills in colloquial Arabic as well as fluent English.
- Comfortable with being on camera or with directing others on camera.
- Good photography and videography eye.
- Willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with digital media platforms and their algorithms.
- Familiarity with relevant AI tools.
Minimum Experience and Knowledge: 3 - 5 years of experience
