Job Title: General Manager Project Management
We are seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead project management across regional this role you will be responsible for the strategic planning and execution of project ideas from inception to final delivery. You will ensure all project objectives are met on time within budget and according to technical specifications.
The ideal candidate will align project goals with organizational strategy drive efficiency through high-level coaching and take full ownership of process improvement and team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Drive and motivate cross-functional teams to meet project goals. Foster a high-performance culture develop execution plans and guide teams toward successful outcomes.
- Clear Communication: Effectively communicate tasks expectations and company objectives. Use constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement across the organization.
- Time & Resource Management: Establish and enforce strict deadlines. Prioritize tasks effectively and develop strategies to ensure all agenda items are completed efficiently.
- Financial Oversight: Proactively review budgets and take immediate action to prevent overruns ensuring total financial accountability.
- Executive Decision-Making: Take ownership of critical decisions including major strategic choices on short notice with total confidence and clarity.
- Customer Excellence: Minimize project uncertainties and keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle to ensure high satisfaction.
- Technical Guidance: Act as a subject matter expert providing the knowledge and support necessary for the team to succeed at every stage of execution.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Masters degree (MBA MSc in Engineering or Masters in Business Economics) or a specialised degree in Business Management.
- Experience: 15 years of progressive experience in project management specifically delivering complex multi-site projects.
- Track Record: Proven ability to meet targets and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Character: A steady composed professional with the resilience to perform under high pressure.
