ملخص الوظيفة
- Implement and monitor HSE policies procedures and guidelines on site.
- Conduct regular site inspections audits and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with QatarEnergy LNG HSE standards and permit-to-work systems.
- Identify hazards and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
- Monitor daily toolbox talks and safety briefings.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment by all personnel.
- Report incidents near misses and unsafe conditions promptly.
- Maintain HSE documentation reports and records.
- Coordinate with site teams to promote a strong safety culture.
- Ensure emergency preparedness and response procedures are followed.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Engineering or relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as HSE Officer in Oil & Gas / LNG projects.
- Prior experience in QatarEnergy / Ras Laffan projects preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations risk assessment and incident investigation.
- Familiarity with Permit to Work (PTW) system.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.
Certifications (Mandatory):
- NEBOSH IGC (or equivalent)
- IOSH / OSHA Certification
- Valid First Aid & Fire Safety training (preferred)
