Job Summary
The Payroll Outsourcing Officer is responsible for supporting end-to-end payroll operations for small to medium-sized client organizations. The role involves accurate data collection payroll processing support attendance management and client documentation handling with a strong emphasis on precision confidentiality and professional business communication.
Key Accountabilities
Policies Processes & Compliance
Adhere to all payroll policies standard operating procedures and internal controls to ensure accuracy compliance and consistency.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of client payroll data at all times.
Operational Responsibilities
Collect verify calculate and enter payroll data accurately and within defined timelines.
Maintain and update payroll databases and attendance records for multiple SME clients.
Support monthly payroll cycles including pre-processing checks and post-processing validations.
Client Documentation & Communication
Prepare and process payroll-related documentation using clear professional business English.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate data flow and alignment.
Continuous Improvement
Contribute ideas to improve payroll efficiency accuracy and turnaround time.
Support automation or process optimization initiatives where applicable
Requirements
24 years of relevant experience in payroll processing payroll outsourcing or HR/payroll operations.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Data handling and reporting skills
Presentation and documentation skills
