ملخص الوظيفة
Position: Procurement Executive
Location: Doha Qatar
We are looking for an experienced Procurement Executive to manage sourcing purchasing and vendor coordination for operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and procure materials services PPE office supplies and vehicle spare parts
- Obtain and evaluate quotations prepare purchase orders and track deliveries
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate pricing & terms
- Coordinate with internal departments for procurement needs
- Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration / Supply Chain or related field
- 35 years of procurement experience (manpower Oil & Gas FM or logistics preferred)
- Strong negotiation cost control and supplier management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office & ERP systems
Preferred:
- GCC experience
- Certification in Procurement / Supply Chain
