About the Role
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our growing product this role you will be responsible for designing intuitive user-friendly and visually appealing web interfaces that align with user needs and business goals.
You will lead the end-to-end design process from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI design and developer handoff and ensure that user experience is at the core of every product decision. Working closely with frontend/backend engineers product managers and stakeholders you will shape the look feel and usability of our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- User Experience Design
Conduct user research interviews and usability studies to understand user needs and pain points.
Translate findings into user journeys personas information architecture and UX flows.
Design wireframes prototypes and mockups that solve real user problems.
- User Interface Design
Create high-fidelity UI designs based on approved wireframes and brand guidelines.
Design responsive interfaces that work across devices and screen sizes.
Develop and maintain a scalable design system or UI component library.
Ensure pixel-perfect execution and a consistent visual language across the platform.
- Collaboration & Handoff
Work closely with frontend developers () to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Provide design specifications assets and detailed interaction notes.
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives to stay aligned with developers.
- Feedback & Iteration
Gather and analyze feedback from users stakeholders and QA to continuously improve UX.
Conduct A/B testing or usability tests to validate hypotheses and inform design decisions.
Iterate on designs based on real-world usage data and performance analytics.
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications
Experience
4 years of experience in UI/UX design for web applications or SaaS platforms.
Strong portfolio demonstrating UX problem solving clean UI design and responsive layouts.
Experience working in Agile cross-functional development teams.
Design Skills
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma Visily Adobe XD Sketch or similar.
Strong understanding of UX principles accessibility (WCAG) and human-centered design.
Solid experience designing for responsive interactive web applications.
Collaboration & Communication
Strong communication and presentation skills able to explain design choices clearly.
Comfortable working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple design tasks and maintain attention to detail.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with frontend technologies like HTML CSS or design handoff tools like Zeplin or Figma Dev Mode.
Experience with tools like Hotjar Google Analytics or other UX research platforms.
Previous work in energy smart grid infrastructure or cloud-based software platforms.
Motion/interaction design experience (e.g. using Lottie or After Effects).
Experience with creating/maintaining design systems (e.g. Material UI Tailwind etc.).
