As a key member of our team you will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that upholds our brand identity and supports our strategic vision for expansion and excellence.
Responsibilities
* Conceptualise and develop high-quality visual assets for a wide range of marketing and communication materials across our diverse business units.
* Collaborate with marketing and management teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that align with business objectives.
* Ensure brand consistency is maintained across all company collateral including digital and print media.
* Design marketing materials such as brochures reports presentations advertisements and corporate branding.
* Create engaging digital content for our websites social media platforms and online advertising campaigns.
* Manage multiple design projects simultaneously from initial concept through to final delivery ensuring all deadlines are met.
* Stay current with industry trends and best practices in design and visual communication.
Qualifications
* Proven professional experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.
* A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing exceptional creativity technical skill and a keen eye for detail.
* Expert proficiency in industry-standard design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) and other softwares.
* Excellent understanding of design principles including typography colour theory and layout composition.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts clearly.
* A degree or diploma in Graphic Design Fine Arts or a related field is highly desirable.
* Experience working within a corporate environment or for a multi-industry organisation would be a significant advantage.
