This position requires strong leadership and teammanagement capabilities the ability to supervise diverse technical teams and contractors and solid competency in planning problemsolving decisionmaking and continuous improvement. Excellent communication reporting and organizational skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
Utilities Operation & Optimization
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of electrical distribution HVAC steam compressed air water treatment and gas supply systems.
- Implement energysaving initiatives and optimizes utility consumption to support plant sustainability targets.
- Ensure redundancy contingency plans and system reliability to prevent production disruptions.
Facilities Management
- Manage maintenance of buildings roads grounds and infrastructure.
- Supervise repairs refurbishments cleaning landscaping and plumbing/steam network activities.
- Plan and execute facility upgrades expansions and capital improvement projects in coordination with Plant Engineering.
Environment and Energy
- Ensure full compliance with local national Nissan and international environmental regulations.
- Manage CO₂ emissions VOC control wastewater treatment and hazardous waste handling.
- Lead environmental audits inspections and reporting activities.
- Drive energy and water consumption reduction plans and longterm sustainability strategies.
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of engineers technicians and contractors.
- Ensure proper training skill development and performance management for all team members.
- Foster a culture of safety sustainability and continuous improvement across utilities and facilities operations.
Budgeting Reporting & Performance Management
- Develop and manages annual budgets and forecasts for utilities facilities and environmental operations.
- Set KPI targets monitors performance and prepares regular reports for local and global functions.
- Ensure timely reporting of operational issues safety concerns and equipment abnormalities.
- Review and validate technical offers from suppliers and contractors to ensure costeffective highquality solutions.
Who Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (Masters degree preferred).
- 710 years of experience including at least 3 years in Utility Management.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance systems environmental management systems and utility operations.
- Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and contractors.
- Strong analytical planning and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices energy management and environmental compliance standards.
