The Payroll Supervisor works on handling the payroll for the direct hire and the outsourced team.

What will I be doing

The Payroll Supervisor works on handling the payroll for the direct hire and the outsourced team as per the standard:

Maintain a high level of accuracy in payroll and make sure the payroll is running smoothly and done on time.
Provide guidance and input on payroll update & system.
Actively support discussions and transfer of best practices of running the payroll.
Develop and integrate solutions to address the HR needs while maintaining focus on the accuracy on payroll system.
Support the team member activities.
