As a QA & Scrum Master you will work closely with developers stakeholders and team members to deliver highquality software and streamline project . This dualrole position focuses on ensuring product quality through comprehensive testing while driving Agile processes to improve team efficiency and collaboration.
Qualifications :
QA Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough testing of new features updates and bug fixes to ensure compliance with technical and user requirements.
- Develop maintain and execute detailed test plans test cases and automation scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Identify document and manage bugs collaborating with developers for resolution.
- Perform functional regression exploratory and performance testing.
- Validate requirements and specifications for testability and accuracy.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.
- Monitor and report on software quality metrics ensuring continuous improvements in testing practices.
Scrum Master Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily standups sprint planning sprint reviews and retrospectives.
- Act as a servant leader enabling the team to identify and overcome impediments to progress.
- Promote Agile principles and ensure adherence to Scrum practices within the team.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize the product backlog and align it with business goals.
- Track team performance and sprint progress using Agile tools like Jira or Trello.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and implementing best practices.
- Ensure timely and highquality delivery of sprint goals and project milestones.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3 years of combined experience as a QA and Scrum Master in IT or software development.
- Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies tools and automation frameworks.
Basic understanding of APIs databases and software development workflows.
Familiarity with Agile project management tools such as Jira or Trello. - Agile Expertise: Indepth understanding of Scrum and Agile principles with proven experience leading Agile teams.
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to facilitate teamwork and resolve conflicts.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities.
Strong analytical skills to identify and address technical and processrelated issues.
