Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepares a complete financial statement and submits it to the Board of Directors by the 4th day of each month.
- Interprets and analyzes the financial statement continually.
- Develops and maintains an effective cash management system.
- Administers payroll policies.
- Liaises with Group CFO to foreign properties and liability insurance.
- Prepares and processes all insurance claims.
- Coordinates annual audit (or review).
- Automates all possible systems and establishes Controls.
- Prepares daily management reports.
- Prepares daily bank deposits.
- Works with office staff to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Completes endofmonth accounting reports.
- To assist the Group CFO on Financial Requirement and arrangement of facilities of the group companies.
- To assist the Group CFO on analysis of monthly Financial Statements of the group companies.
- Reconcile and coordinate quarterly VAT Returns of foreign companies.
- Coordinate with tax consultants for filing of annual income tax returns of foreign companies in UK EU and USA.
- Update new tax and regulatory changes in foreign jurisdictions for VAT Income Tax Wealth Tax Capital Gain Tax Stamp duty and advise the Investment Committee on tax planning and structuring of the SPVs.
- Possesses relevant experience of over 10 15 years in the field from a reputable organization.
- Communication & Presentation skills.
- Experience in a similar role such as Account Executive or Client Manager.
- Experience working with a variety of clients including different sizes industries and cultures.
